Directors Discussion
The process starts with a no-cost, zero-risk 60-minute discussion. This establishes the drivers for growth, captures where you are as a business, what you see as your priorities so we can contextualise your programme. The next stage is to move forward or stop.

Business Situation
2-days will be spent in your business meeting your people and identifying strengths. This is delivered through discussions and observations. We focus on marketing, sales, systems, people, working practices and discuss our findings and observations with you.

Customer Insight
This stage will bring the voice of the customer into the process, we do this through a focus group or online 1-2-1 discussions. The aim is to understand what they buy, how they buy and their perception of your sales approach and brand, this provides invaluable insight.

Market Opportunity
In a 1-day workshop your team will examine your business through multiple lenses. This includes analysis of the external and internal environment, customer profiles, addressable needs, your purpose, your value proposition and messaging to drive your campaign.

Create Your Campaign
Using the output from Steps 2-4 we will creatively construct your pilot lead generation campaign. This includes elevator pitch, value proposition and utilises your target data, you training us on your message and our process to set-up your campaign.

Prep. Your Sales Team
In a 1-day workshop your team will be briefed on how to handle the sales meetings. The interface between the telemarketer and salesperson will be strengthened as we map the sales process, share tips to lead the meetings and identify the enabling toolkit.

Telemarketing Input
We launch your campaign, calling your list. Those who are interested in an initial conversation with your sales team will be identified. An appointment date/time will be agreed. You will receive a summary of the call and meeting details in a briefing pack.

Attend Sales Meetings
Your team attend the sales meetings. The telemarketing team require feedback within 24 hours that the meeting was sat and a summary of how it went. If you agree it met the agreed criteria it will count towards your campaign quota of 10 meetings.

Review
The process concludes with us sitting together with you and your team to review the programme in general. This includes us receiving feedback from you on the meetings. Together we will capture learning points and agree a way forward.

What we do
You will be appointed a programme director who will work with you throughout the process. We focus on your reality and your goals. The Market Development Programme features 8-Boxes of activity. Each of the boxes features carefully curated content that has been selected and nuanced, ensuring you have just what you need. We adopt a blended delivery model. Part of the programme is delivered in-person at your premises, part is delivered virtually, with workshops being delivered at a suitable offsite location.
